Each session may look different depending on your needs at the time. Before our sessions begin, we’ll take some time to get to know each other, ensuring we make the most of our time together once your baby arrives.
Full-time contracts are available with enough notice.

The perfect package to gift yourself. A little extra assistance at home as you ease into life with your family’s newest member.

This package consists of 8 visits to be used in the first 8 weeks postpartum. Generally these visits would happen 1-2 times a week. Each visit lasts 3-4 hours.

Overnight Care
Need help overnight? Our 10pm-6am nightime care packages let you catch up on much needed rest, knowing your baby is in good hands. Peaceful nights, refreshed parents. (To be purchased alongside daytime care package)

Depending on your family’s needs, this could range from a one-off night to help you get a good night’s rest, to more extensive support, such as 5 nights a week for the first three weeks after birth.
Subject to availability: Please note, if I am working overnight shifts, I will not take daytime clients the following day to ensure both my health and safety, as well as that of your baby.

I’ll be with your baby at your home from 10 PM to 6 AM (hours can be adjusted to suit your family’s needs).
If your baby is bottle-fed, you can relax and get a good night’s rest while I handle feeding. If your baby is breastfed, I’ll bring them to you for feeds and then take them back to settle, giving you the opportunity to maximise your rest.

Pricing is dependent on hours and specific requirements, but typically it’s around $350 per shift.

One session generally around 4-6 hours where I come to your home and prepare nourishing meals for you that can be frozen ahead of time to be used when needed.

Prior to a fill my freezer session we will together discuss and decide on a menu, I am then able to do the food shop (at your expense) or you are able to have these ingredients on hand for our session.
During the session I will come to your home and get to work preparing two main meals options, a soup and two snacks that can then either be left out for the week ahead or frozen. Meals will use nourishing ingredients and be prepared in a way that will best benefit the postpartum period and your recovery.

Pre Natal Planning session
Would you like a little guidance on what your fourth trimester could look like? This package is great for helping you to set boundaries, find resources, food and of course any questions you may have in relation to baby/mother care.

One session in your home prior to giving birth. Our session is two hours and can easily be combined with a fill my freezer session.

One two hour session where I am able to help with:
setting boundries around visitors
guidance of postpartum mother recovery
help to set up meal trains or offer postpartum recipe ideas
answering any questions in relation to your postpartum time or baby care
resources and referrals ready incase you are in need

One off sessions can also be used when you have finished your larger package but are not quite ready to let go.
